Error Alert

I have gotten rid of the .exe files and now all of a sudden I get a program
called Error Alert. I have run search and cannot find it anywhere. I know
it has to be somewhere on my machine but can't find it to delete it. Any
help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
