Error after log on

When ever I start and log on to my computer the error messag dispalys as Windows cannot find "monitor.exe". Make sure you typed the name correctly and try agai. To search for a file, click the start button and then click search.
I am using windows xPO. could some one able to help me.

Spyware

Spyware causes many problems. If not installed download Adaware and update
Reference file from http://www.lavasoftusa.com/support/download/
and use it to remove parasites.

If you are still encountering unexplained processes after trying these
measures then you might look at trying other more sophisticated spyware
tools.
