Error "Action cancelled" on any IE 6 page...

I am also getting the exact same problem on NT 4 and win2k
IE6 SP1. Please help.

It may be a HOSTS file problem.
Look also for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS.

Did you create this file?
If not it could be the creation of some web acceleration program.
Or, some parasites.
