Error: 80040265 for Media Player

I recieved this error: 80040265 , when trying to watch a video from a link. I
dont understand much about computers. But it would not play. I had just
updated my windows media player but it played in the older version, I have
Windows 2000 Professional. This was the link I try to watch,
"http://artists.universal-music.de/_real/the_hives/v/the_hives-epk.ram"

A ".ram" file requires a player that supports "Real" video format. (Real
being a brand name, not an adjective.) Real Player plays those files and
can be found at www.real.com. Personally, I'd just go on without watching
the video, as I would never install Real Player on my computer. It's an
awful application.
