Error 734 + PPP Protocol terminated error

Hi guys,
I m getting error when i dial up internet connection..
Error 734 - PPP protocol terminated...
I checked on web..and checked my dial up connection
properties..
I unchecked lcp extension,software compression,negotiate
multi link..
in secure option, it also shows allow unsecure password
and i have also unchecked windows domain login.
but still i m getting same error..
dont whats going on...i put dns setting are auto...
