error 721

I'm having error 721 when I try to connect to the network
using the host name ,and when I try using the IP I have
no problems at all I've have verified the basic settings
and seems to be all right

Is DNS resolving the host name to the proper IP address? Does the VPN server
have multiple IP addresses?

Are you able to ping to the VPN Server using its hostname?
