error 623

When I check my e-mail i get an error message #623 that
says "no phonebook entry" I have found some information
when I search for error 623 but I cannot fix the
problem. I have tried looking on this web page for a e-
mail support to microsoft and could not pose the
questions to them. how do i solve error 623 - any
ideas...

Try going to microsoft.com and looking up this doc,
#320693. In short it suggests creating a new dial up for
that address.
