Hello, Perhaps someone can help. For no explicable
reason, all my dial up capability disappeard this
morning. I can't reestablish a phone link because I get
the Error 621: The system could not open the phone book
file.
Don't think it's a virus, software is current, with
nothing found on scan.
Just can't find any way to fix it. Even spent a couple
hours online with a Microsoft tech...no luck.
Any help out there. TIA
