error 554

I keep getting error 554 error every time I send mail.Recipient access
denied or relaying denied?I tried to send myself a mail with the same
result.
I´m using win xp and outlook 2003 and zonalarmm,norton antivirus and
spamkiller and this suddenly appeard

Sounds like you're not authentication to your outbound mail server. Check
the properties page of your mail account - the "Server" or "Outbound Server"
tab.
