Error 553 FP 2000 Geocities web site

I have a problem updateing my Geocities Pro site with
Front Page 2000.

When I updated the site, it would stop and read "553" in
the middle of the process... What I got was a site where
all of my pages and text are in tact, half of my updated
images done, None of my updated sound clips available, and
the files that were supposed to be deleted still there...
what do I do? Do I have to delete my whole site and start
again?
 
Are you sure that your host allow the uploading of sound files?
