Error #5 -Homesite 5.5 and Vista

I am trying to edit html in Homesite and when I changed the page, tried to
save it. I got the error: Error #5 Cannot save file whatever.html
Any ideas what this is about?

Contact the tech support for Homesite since this is a 3rd party program
specific error.
