Error 425, Can't Open Data Connection for LIST

I get this just recently, before everything was fine, when
trying to publish my web site. I am trying to publish to
two different sites on two different servers and both
return the same error. All the knowledge base addresses is
server problems and I am on the client end. Any suggestions?
 
1. What server type and OS??
2. Have you recently installed any upgrades??
3. Are you publishing to a database??
