425 connection error

I have made some changes to a website and now I can't get it to publish
because of the error message "425 unable to build data connection -
connection refused"

I've not seen this before and have re-published it many times without any
problem. I would be grateful for any help!

Just in case anyone else has this problem, I managed to sort it myself. My
firewall virus protection was blocking it. Switched that off and it worked
fine.
