Error 411

My Pc (Toshiba Satellite) has suddenly become the slowest PC on earth.
- I get an interanl error 411 message.
- There is nothing abnorm with the use of CPU resources.
- The use of Norton WinDoc has a temporary positive effect on speed.

Any ideas
 
Get the latest Virus definition updates and do a full scan of your computer.
