error 403

I'm trying to download macromedia shockwave from their site.

I was even given a special ftp location because nothing seemed to
happen when I pressed the install button.

Now, I tried this from my XP work computer and it downloaded. From my
XP home machine, I get error 403.. "you are authorized to view this
page"

Hum. I turned off Zone Alarm, but no change. It must be something in
the operating system or internet explorer.

Any ideas?

TIA

IE Doesn't seem to be the problem. I tried to do the same thing with
the Foxfire Browser and when I hit the download button got the
message.

"This object has been blocked."

The question is, what is doing the blocking!!!
I turn off Zone alarm and it still doesns't work.
Could it be Norton Anti-Virus?
Any other ideas ou there?

Grr....

TIA
