Error 403 & Password Problem

Still new at the FP. I had the old site up with PageBuilder - using
geocities. When I tried making the switch...it did nothing. I couldn't
figure it out and still don't have a clue but all of a sudden it was there!
The new site with FP was up and running. I was very pleased but had NO idea
how it happened. It was like...did it just need a couple of days to switch
over?? Then it came to editing some pages with new info and it began
prompting me for my password. I'd type it in (yes it was correct caps -
correct password - no mistakes) and it'd keep flashing it up - never
accepting it.

Okay...I read what it said to do and I didn't understand exactly what to do
to fix it - but I tried what I thought was right.....something about
reinstating??? Anyway - it didn't work. I'm confused here.

The error 403 comes up when I just go to the www and try to see our site.
It instantly flashes an invalid certificate warning and do I want to accept
and I go through the steps and it never works. It says the certificate name
doesn't match and I don't know how I'm supposed to make it match or if it
even has to do with MY site! Okay....from there it goes onto what should be
my home page but instead goes to a Yahoo!' basically blank page that says
Forbidden Access - error 403 and I don't have permission to access on this
server.

Anyone got any input? I'm thinking others can probably view our site - but
as of yesterday and today...I can't. I really need to get these problems
fixed so I can get our updates included onto the site.

Thanks-
Ramona

According to http://www.theburbridgefamily.com/_vti_inf.html that site has the FP SE
How are you opening or publishing the site
It should be to http://www.theburbridgefamily.com/

That is exactly what I've done to open it!! I just tried it and I was able
to go right to it. Help me understand, if you can, how this is working.
When I publish it, does it take a day or two to take affect and to be viewed?
Could that be why I get the error when I, myself, try to go and view it?

I publish it by going to the file - Publish Web - then click the buttons and
go from there. I put in the correct address. I've not tried this morning to
publish any updates again - but I'm curious to know if it's going to take my
password when I do....as it hasn't done so but one time (the very first
time).

Thanks-
Ramona
