Help... please...
You've all heard of it when you were little... it's
haunted you all in your dreams... it's the infamous error
318011.

I tried to login to my administrator profile account when
I got the message "Windows cannot load your profile
because it may be corrupted. You may be logged in using a
temporary User Profile." This scared me more than
anything ever has or will again. I called a support line.
The guy had "never seen anything like this." I checked
the windows help site... it said to start a new profile,
which I would, but it means re-installing Word in
english, and I don't have the CD with me. Please, if
anyone knows ANYTHING that can help me, I would be
grateful. Anything unto half my kingdom is yours.

Hi,

Not good In general, corrupted user profiles cannot be recovered, I
haven't heard of a successful one yet. However, MSWord usually installs for
all users, so you may want to simply follow the outlined procedure and
create the new account and try MSWord from it. If it doesn't work, you will
need to recover/find/relocate your Office CD.
