Error #20

I used the "File and settings transfer wizard" in Win XP
Pro to transfer a program from a win98SE machine. When I
try and run the program, in Win XP, I get an error
message that says "Can't start (Program name)". "(Error
#20)". What does this mean? It ran fine under win98.

The Files and Settings Transfer Wizard will transfers files and
settings...not programs. If you want to run a program under Windows XP,
you'll have to install it.
