Error 1904

I received Error 1904 (certain install dll's failed to
unregister), then when I try to start it I get Error 101,
but none of the fixes for error 101 work.

Any suggestions?

Uninstall and reinstall. If the problem persist, use the System Restore
utility, if you are running XP to go back to prior time before problem
occurred.
