Error 1726 on win2k server

I have a Win2000 SP4 server which hosts my email server software. Lately, the
server has been periodically crashing with the error
"Error 1726: The remote procedure call failed."
Can anyone suggest why this may be happening, or point me in the right
direction as to where I should be looking to try and find the cause?

More info is required for this. My suggestion is to google the exact error
message.
