error 1706

I am running windows XP Home edition.
When I click the SEND button in Outlook express the
message appears preparing to install Microsoft Greetings,
the feature you are trying to use is on a CD_ROM or other
removable disk that is not available. Insert the
Microsoft Greetings disk and click OK. When I select
Cancel , then error message 1706 comes up. Can you help
me.

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
