Error 1704 Message

It seems like my system keeps on interrupting any
installation that I start and prompts the Error 1704
message stating that there is a Easy CD creator
installation in progress whether I want to change some
components of the installation. With that message I get
either yes or no to answer when I press Yes it rolls back
any installation that I was doing , when I say no it
shuts off the installation. Can somebody please help me
with that?

Hi Stan,

Start/run services.msc, scroll down to the imapi burning service and
double-click it. "Stop" the service, then set the startup type to disabled.
This is the native burning software and it is interfering with Roxio's
software.
