I went into my computer files and mistakenly deleted some important files. I
was doing this to clean up. Not being computer intellegent; I erased or
deleted files that are necessary. I cannot "install" Windows updates; I
cannot "install" Windows Media Player (and I had this at one time); I
recieved the above error code when trying to "install" Fix-It Utilities 6
program.

Start by using System Restore to roll back to a date before the 'clean up'.

I tried. I even had a service tech. come by. He charged me $100 to tell me he
needed to take it to the shop for 2 days for another$300.

This is turning into an expensive lesson.
