i tried to download i-tunes to my computer, and error 1406 showed up, and
then something about checking for security in windows installer, so i went to
the two sites given, and wanted to try to back up my registry keys. But, when
i tried to type %systemroot%\syswow64\regedit in the run box, it says that it
refers to a system that is unavailable. what am i doing wrong???
