Error 1402 - what's causing this???

W

WhyKnot

I suddenly can't open my Outlook 2002 program without the error I posted
below. I
have to log off and re-log in or shut down my system and restart, and then
don't get the message
until someone else logs onto XP (while I'm still logged on but have been
away from the computer for a while) and then I come back later to open my
mail, and can't. I get a window as if a installation is trying to happen
and then another window with the below message. Any ideas on how to fix
this?
