I am receiving this error while installing and removing software - how do I
fix it
 
How do I accomplish this?

Method for Issue 2
Verify that the paths that are specified in the following registry subkey
are valid on the local computer:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User
Shell Folders
 
All you can do is make sure the folder names point to real places and don't
have incorrect characters.
