Error 1327.Invalid Drive: F:\

I only noticed this a couple of days ago. It happens whenever I try to
install ANYTHING (program, patch, utility, etc...).

I've looked through disk management, My Computer, and Device Manager. There
is no Disk F:

I'm on a Toshiba Laptop running XP Home, with a C: Drive and a CD/DVDROM
(but for some reason there are two Optical drives showing up in the above
mentioned places).

Including my phantom Optical drive (??) the Drives are C, D, E, there is no F.

Any help is appreciated.

Forget I asked, as an afterthought I tried a search here with different
wording than what I was initially trying and found a solution.
