Error 1324

It says there is an unidentified character in My Pictures.
and it can not install. Any advice?

and other articles I looked at tie this to either an
improper character in the path or folder name in question,
or a corrupted Windows Installer.

Here's a link to download the latest Windows Installer,
which may do the trick if the problem really is the
instªller:

And most importantly, when your problem is resolved, let
