error 1324

try to install the spyware software from Microsoft on my
XP OS, getting error 1324...that somebody help me please

I thought I'd add some additional info. I received with
mine:

Error 1324. The path My Pictures contains an invalid
character.

Running XP Pro SP2, not sure what to do! Any ideas?
