Error 1116: Adding unreleased component to configuration

I've got a device driver that I need imported, so I used Component designer
to import the INF file, and saved it as filename.sld

Then I used Component Database manager to import the filename.sld

In TD, when add the component to my design, I get the message Error 1116:
Adding unreleased component to configuration

Anyone know why? Did I not do something in DB manager?

in Component designer, right click on the name of your component and choose
RELEASE

I did that, and the error 1116 went away, but now I get this error...

Info 101: Initializing new component: "Intel(R) 82801ER SATA RAID

Do you know why?
