Error 103

Just loaded program. First message I get is contact
(e-mail address removed) error 103 for immediate
assistance. Running XP professianal patch2. Program loads
on task bar, just can not activate without error.

Tim,

Have you downloaded the latest signature file? Also, are you running the
program as an admin?
