Error 10009 in the EventViewer

Dear Colleagues,

I turn off a Terminal Server called Hannibal.. and in the File Server every
day has the next message in the eventViewer

DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer HANNIBAL using any of the
configured protocols.

I find by Internet that in the HKLM/Software/Microsoft/RDP/DCOM_Protocols
you have the list of servers.. but I don't have this key
