Error 0x8024400A

I am trying to use Microsoft Update to update my computer & get error message
0x8024400A. What does this mean?

turn on your computer disable your antivirus...later go to start- run - and
type this without parentesis: ( regsvr32 MSXML3.DLL ) hit enter. now
restart your computer and try the updates again... if the problem persist do
the steps again without restarting the computer do the updates.

problem.
