Error 0x800ccc90 and 0x800ccc0f

This problem just started this week, and I don't think I changed anything to cause it to happen. I can no longer send and receive from outlook 2002. I get error 0x800ccc90. If I try send and receive again while the error box has not been cancelled then I get the second error 0x800ccc0f to replace it. It does not seem to be a problem with the server, or my settings, because I can send/receive from my home computer which uses outlook 2000. I can also get the messages directly from the website. I have tried making every possible modification to my settings and test the settings. The errors there are to the "log onto incoming mail server" and "send test email message". The top 3 tasks work ok. I have tried the detect and repair. I have installed Outlook 2002 again. I have deleted the account, rebooted and added the account back in. None of these things has helped. I also do not have a firewall or any active virus scan at this time that could possibly be causing this problem. Any help would be appreciated

Could you turn on diagnostic logging (see
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q300479) and post
the OPMLog.log file (preferably as an attachment) after you try actually
sending and receiving mail (*not* using "Test Account" - it actually runs
different code)?
