error 0x800ccc19

I recently on October 14, suddenly started receiving an error 0x800ccc19 and
can not connect to the host. I am trying to access a private domain via
Outlook on a Sprint DSL.

Help!!!
 
Are you scanning incoming/outgoing mail? If so, turn that off temporarily to
see if it relieves the error
