Every time I email, I get the following in Outlook: Mail delivery error,
click here. "The server could not be found. (Account: 'pop3', POP3 server:
'pop3' Error # 0x800ccc0d. If I click the error message, the text says the
mail is being sent. Then I am asked if I want to send an error report.

Are you sure that 'pop3' is the server name? Although it is possible to
alias a server name, I do it with my NetBIOS computer name, it is highly
unusual for an ISP to do it; I haven't seen an ISP mail server so aliased
since AT&T bough @Home. Most mail server names are something like:

pop.mail.yahoo.com
postoffice.pacbell.net
mail.gmx.com
