Error 0x80040305 in Outlook 2007

I have been using Windows Vista and Office 2007 since June 2008. It used to
be OK, but in Jul/Aug I started getting error 0x80040305 occasionally. Once
the error started to occur, I had to reboot the server (Windows Server 2003
with MS Exchange v 6.5.7638.1) and my PC. It would then clear for at least a
few days.

This week it occurs constantly and will not clear. I can send no emails.

Help!
