error 0x800300FD when receiving mails Outlook 2007

I receive an 'unknown error 0x800300FD' whn receiving mails in Outlook 2007.
I didn´t find anything related with this over the internet or microsoft.com,
except for an article that describes the same problem in Outlook 2003 and the
solution is to erase TEMP folder or creat a new outlook profile.
I tried re installing Outlook, upgrading it but the problem persists.
I tried erasing TEMP but nothing
I don´t want to create a New Outlook profile since I have more than 3000
messages already in my outlook.pst folder and this means to download them all
again, and the i will have the same problem in a few months?
Hope anybody can help

Creating a new Outlook profile will have absolutely ZERO effect on those
3000 messages or your existing .PST file. Create a new Outlook profile then
simply re-connect your existing .PST file to it:
