I have a severe problem with my XP installation...

The system works just fine untill I instal any kind of Antivirus
software (Norton, Norman Mcaffee, Trend, Panda etc.) Sooner or later,
usually whitin a few minutes from system boot, the system just hangs
and reboots... whitout any warning what so ever...

System Event log reports "system error 1003" Error Code 000000c5
Microsoft claims that this error depends of a Device driver conflict
but they cannot specify which drivers.

I have installed all the latest device drivers and firmwares for my
system, also I have run Windows update and installed all the available
updates.

I have tried to reinstall the OS but with no success.

My system is based on a ASUS P4P800 Motherboard.

I'm starting to believe that this is a hardware error.

Please!
I really need help!
