Erroneous email notice

I have been getting an erroneous mail notification on my
log in page ever since a friend went to MsN on my
computer. Today when I logged in it sent him a you logged
in on another computer message though that only happened
once. A few times it didn't recognize my pass word. I
assume it was using his address in my login name.Is there
any way to clear this out/

Use TweakUI/Logon/Unread Mail

To change it manually - Start/Run/Regedit:


HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\UnreadMail\[Your
E-Mail Address]. In the right pane modify: Message Count, Change it to 0.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\UnreadMail. In
the right pane modify: MessageExpiryDays Change it to 0.
