When I try to Start Sibelius(Music Notation Program) I get a message titled
R 6031 attempt to initalize CRT more than once indicates a buy in your

You need to contact Sibelius tech support and ask them. The error means that
something isn't working in their program and only they will know the fix,
workaround, etc.
