ErrMsg in msspc.ecf

Cannot get Outlook to load at all. I get the error
message that there is an error in the syntax or format of
the file msspc.ect. Found a fix in the knowlege base for
outlook 97, but none of it worked for my Office 2003
product. Any help appreciated.

That would be "msspc.ecf", the Schedule+ compatibility extension.

Try starting Outlook with the "/noextensions" or "/safe:3" switch: Start>All
Programs>Run. Enter
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11\Outlook.exe" /noextensions
in the Open box and click OK. Now, go to your Add-in manager and remove
that extension if it's there. If that doesn't work, try the /cleanschedplus
switch. If that doesn't work, I don't know what will.
