ErrMsg 0x80072EE2 from XP Express Install

Express Install gives err msg instead of displaying available updates.
This errmsg not listed in Troubleshooting. And Report to MS Professional
fails in Send step after collecting computer info.
Anybody got info on recovery from this errmsg?
