I have a computer that I am about to completely erase. I would like to re-install my windows XP on it, once I get it started again, since it came with WinME, but will it allow me? I am worried because I don't know how this is going to work with the reg. system that they have.

Greetings --

Simply boot from the WinXP installation CD. You'll be offered the
opportunity to delete, create, and format partitions as part of the
installation process. (You may need to re-arrange the order of boot
devices in the PC's BIOS to boot from the CD.)
