erasing emails replied to

IS there a way to have outlook automatically erase (or
move to another folder) an original email once it has been
replied to or forwarded? is there a rule you can create?
 
Use Rules.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
