Tools>Options>Spelling>Edit works for me. I use Outlook's built-in editor,
though. You may not, but you didn't tell us, so we have no way to know. If
you use Word, naturally the process is different. It may also be different
for different versions of Outlook, but you decided mentioning the version
you use wasn't important.
