EPSON STYLUS PHOTO DON'T PRINT

I have an Epson stylus photo 870.
The black ink light remained always on, but I have change the cartridge for
a new. This light still remains on even the computer is off. When the
computer is on, it said that there is no communication with printer

Uninstall and reinstall the printer

There is a good possibility your printer went south.
Fortunately, replacement printers are dirt cheap.
