Recently we upgraded to Windows 2000 at work. My Epson
Stylus Color 740 will not print in color from Windows. (It
will from my Am. Greetings Create-a-Card program). It is
not out of ink. Also, print properties are not displayed
anymore in Printer Set-Up. Help!

???? What are you trying to print "from Windows"? AFAIK,
the only thing you can print from the operating system
itself is the screen. Doesn't it print in colour?

Regardless, you need the latest Epson drivers - the ones
shipped with W2K are not good for this printer. (I used to
have one, so I know.) Go to Epson's website, search for
"printer drivers," and look for the one that includes your
printer. Download it, and whatever installation
instructions are available. NB that before you install this
new driver you must uninstall the old one(s). Also read the
Help. If you have never installed a driver before, get a
friend to who has done so to show you how.

Good luck.
