Epson R300: lost installation disk - how to reinstall?

After happily using my Epson R300 printer with my WinXP Dell Dimension
8400 system for about 9 months, I had to reformat my hard drive, and
now can not find the installation CD that came with the printer. I
e-mailed both Canon (regarding my scanner) and Epson at the same time
days ago. Canon responded immediately and helpfully walked me through
the reinstallation. Epson has not even responded to my query.

How can I reinstall my R300? Are the drivers at the Epson web stie
sufficient to do the job, or do I need the CD?

All suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Hi.

Yes, just download and install the Driver listed for your machine.

It can be worthwhile to check the site for new Drivers from time to time.

I would suspect the downloadable drivers will supply you with what you
need (driver and either incorporated or separate ink monitor, depending
on driver). It will not include extra bundled software in most cases,
however.

That is usually available on the site as well, having recently visited
the site to grab the 64 bit driver for my R800.

Just to know for future reference, which of Epson's websites did you
find the bundled stuff... they seem to have differing policies
depending upon the country.

USA. None of it was "bundled," but the other stuff was there.
