Epson printer code - A5 page format

I want to make my page format as A5.When I execute FORM FEED it pulls my
page as A4. I read maual but I don't understand it.

Printer codes are governed by the operating system.
Are you using Windows or Linux or something else?

Using Epson Esc codes is not extremely difficult but you have to know
some rules when you are going to use them, the same goes for other
printer codes like HP-PCL.
Best is to check in at: http://www.epsondevelopers.com/ and study the
documents there.

I want to print from DOS application I wrote couple of years ago.

This means you have to supply printer drivers (or configure
the application for a brand of printer) for each DOS app.
Epson printers commonly set page size by setting
lines per page and linewidth.
